30 minutes warm up, then 5 x 7 min, then 15 minutes cool down. Actually a pretty hard workout today but the results were quite good. My hamstring started to tweak a little bit on the 2nd one but felt fine at the end.
30 minute warm up, 3 x 10 min, cool down. My legs felt heavy and my stomach was tied in knots. Even still I got in a really good workout judging by where I ended up on the creek for the intervals.
