I want to be in the 20 year club at the St George marathon. If I could win a few shorter races in between, that would be great.

Easy run up to powerline trail then over to green springs and down. Added a little extra trying to exlpore some new trails but didn't find much this time. Ankle was a little painful around mile 5 but stopped hurting again about mile 6. Focused on my form and the pain quickly went away. Try the Numbus again tomorrow to see how they treat me.

Good job this week Nate. Make sure to rotate those shoes. You may find that some pairs are only good for around 6 or so miles and others are good for longer runs. Both will be of worth.

Thanks Clyde. Good to know. It is funny how those Mizunos seem to be a perfect fit for my feet and make all the other pains go away. I will probably just use those Nimbus for some shorter runs like you suggested.
