Lunch:  Easy miles with Ben M. along the PRT and then extended along Murdock.  Cool hail storm the last two miles.  Got pelted.  Had Sasha/Benjamin sitghting during the run as well.  Great time with Ben M.  He did a good job on a 4 mile HMP tempo coming back. 7:56AP
