Lunch:  Busy Day.  Got in 11 easy miles in the sun from my office out and back on PRT.  Lots of sunshine.  I am sure the guys will say to me again for the tenth time this winter that I have been laying in a tanning bed all winter.  Solo Effort and legs are tired.  no watch.
