Boston Start Time:  very good Draper Roller Course. Good hills and inclines. Took me 3 miles to warm up and then I settled into about 7:20's the next 10 miles and kept it there. Right leg and and back hurt the whole time. Pretty rough. Energy wise I feel good. I felt a little dehydrated today because of the sunny temps just enjoyed the solo effort. Ready or Not Ready I'm going to go enjoy Boston. Appreciate all the training partners help this past training cycle. 7:38AP

I hope the back and leg are ok. Rest up and ice for the big day. There's no turning back now. I like it.

Hope you feel all healed up soon, Spence!
