AM: easy miles from 300 East up South Temple along the course til The Stadium. Turned around to run with some of the 10k runners. Really fun atmosphere at Des News. I'm pretty sure the heat spoiled a lot of plans and race performances. Had a blast spectating. My boys got to see and meet some running peeps. We had fun this morning. 86 degrees at 5:30 this morning during the run??'!! Crazy heat this summer. Congrats to Fritz, Allie and Bret on their W's today. Good chat with Josh E.
