13.5 miles, 3500 vert, in the rain, kept it pretty mellow. Legs feel great, lungs....still a little...ehhh.

Thanks Scott, it started light, but was raining hard mid run, I'm sure it did wonders for this cold.
Ya, I forgot about that up and over thing. Not going to win for sure, but maybe I'll run if the gunk continues to subside. Is it going to be another Froerer Family slug fest, all the bro's racing to the death? My Golden is always up for rent, he's a trail ho and works cheap! It'll be good therapy.
