Miles:This week: 0.00 Month: 0.00 Year: 0.00

Caught a nasty cold Tuesday of last week, put me down hard for a couple of days.  No activity really last week, just try to work a few hours, then try to rest to get over the deep, dark, nastyness that was this cold.  Gald to finally be feeling better so I dont have to here "see, you over did it in that big race and got sick",  really tired of that one.  Feel mostly recoverd, in fact felt great last week other than sicker than I have ever been in my life.

Easy 4 miles tonight, just to kill off the last of the bug.  Back at it slow and easy the rest of the week.

Nice to see you back at it. What is your next race?

So bryce, we've been having a little 'discussion' over on my blog about Hoka's. You mentioned that you wore them in the Bear. I hadn't heard you talk about them before. I'm curious what your take is on them from your experience, if that is the case. All of us who haven't used them have our non-experienced, judgmental looks-based opinions...but what do you think about them?

Thanks Scott. I dunno! kinda bugg'en me a little not having one out there. Well I guess Moab for the Red Hot 50K in Feb. But that's so far away. You should look at that one Aaron K is doing it, you ought to get Jun to sign up and come do it with him, there's also a 25k. Closer to now, R2R2R is tentative for Oct 23rd, (another one you or any other FRBers should join in on) and maybe the 100K on Antelope Nov 6th.

I just might do the Red Hot 50K. Sounds like a fun race. I have been wanting to get the R2R2R for a while now. The 23rd might be pushing it as I am planning on doing the Pony Express 50 on the 15th.
