45 minutes on the trails. Muddy! Climbing gear good, flat running gear not there yet.
Oh, and I skied, carefully, for about 3 hours this morning, Sweet!

Interesting how the climbing gear recovered faster than the flat one. I noticed that happened to me also when I was climbing mountains multiple times in a week a few weeks ago.
