Good, warm, sunny, hour and half on the trails with my buddy Troy. 11 miles. I'm loving this weather, it's great to finally be outside running regularly!

Nice run, that's good trail mileage. I'm getting so excited for spring. Winter running can be cool and challenging in its own way, but being in the mountains in the spring and summer is my favorite.
