Big work day.  Guess I gotta pay the piper once in a while.

Got out for a run late and felt like a plie of rocks.  Dragged the whole way.  Seemed everything hurt.  Sometimes they are like that I guess.  Coming down the hill to Rainbow, I actually turned left and ran up the Bird Song trail from for the first time ever.  Fun little diversion for sure. I just wish it went somewhere that didn't require a 1/2 mile on the road to get back to the trail or doing it as a long out-n-back.  I actually poked around a bit to try and find a way to link back to the BST, but no go.  Oh, and just for you Nick, I had some lady's damn German Shepherd charge me, plant two paws in my chest and lunge full teeth at the side of my head.  Followed up by "oh sorry, he's really friendly, I think he's just playing" I love dogs, but that one needed to be on a leash.

6-7 miles, some hills, really easy pace.

One of my biggest peeves in life: Dogs not on a leash. I'm really not sure what makes people think it is ok to have their dogs all over others on the trail. So annoying!

Always fun to go up a random trail and see where it takes you! Too bad it was to pavement!

I love dogs too - but can't stand when other people expect that I'll love their little poopkins as much as they do. Its especially hard when they try and plant their teeth in your face! :)

I'm sure bears are "just playing" sometimes too - that doesn't make it hurt any less. :)

It's good to see.. I think we need to come up with some invention that slaps these owners upside their heads.. And then we say, Oh I thought you would like a little slap upside the head. Or did that Hurt? Good.

I've done that little add on a few times too. Got lost trying to connect it back too.

Oh ya and I'm good - ground level let's start the campaign.
