AM: couple runs on the sunny groomers. You know skiing's bad when even freshly groomed runs are, well....not fun.

PM: 8 slow miles on the buttery dry trail. 4 miles of indescribably miserable trail. Frozen, cupped snow, mud, solid ice, slush and everything in between. Will be avoiding BST South of 12th for a while.

12 miles, slow-n-easy.

Yeah there has been some nasty crap out there these days! The good weather, while great for running, makes for a bit of a mess on the trails for sure!

Yep, trail above the house is a disaster but the BST on the other side we lucky O-town runners have a almost totally clear 9 miles or so.
