Afternoon Track Workout: warm up 1 mile 2 mile: 12:10, 6 min active rest 1 mile: 6:00 min, 6 min active rest 2X800 with 400 jog in between (2:53 and 2:54) 15 min cool down jog No binge today either YAY!
