Really struggled in the am about everything because my achilles was feeling especially tight and sore even after not running for a WHOLE week. Felt so much better after a good doctors appointment. We're getting somewhere! :)

Hey... I'm just getting back into running after a sucky achilles injury myself. I took more than a month off and have lost tons of fitness. Boo! No running makes me angry.

Angry is the perfect word for it!! I hope you can get back into full-out running soon. I don't know if this helps or not, but I have been wearing Nike Free's while cross training because they don't hurt your achilles like other running shoes.
