  • First time in 2 months that I don't have to go to school or work at some point during a 24 hour period (and yes, that has included all weekends and holidays)
  • Already have my 3 twelve hr shifts done for the week
  • Homework is almost done for the day
  • Just got back from a 3.3 mile zoo loop run that felt excellent (avg pace 10:25/mile; walked for 1 min every 4 mins and also walked the steepest parts of 3 hills)

Way to get out and run! Baby steps is all that it takes! Think about Bill Murray in "What about Bob" (If you haven't seen it, it is in my top 5 comedies ever!)

Haha, I love that show! Thanks for the clip. Now I want to watch it again, I haven't seen it for a years.

Today's run felt so good. I'm actually only supposed to run for 20 minutes, but I haven't been feeling anything after any of my runs, so I pushed it a little bit today and my achilles still feels great.

I'm really excited for Spectrum 10K you guys! I'm going to push things (safely) in hopes to run the full 6 miles in about 8 or 9 mins avg with no achilles issues.

"What about Bob" is so funny! :)

Brooke ~ Yipee! That smiley says it all! I am so excited for you! Spring is coming; just in time for your legs to get the "springs" in them achilles! YAY! Spectrum 10K here you come!

And where is your Garmin Connect log of your run/walk? I need to stalk (I mean keep tabs on) your runs!

From glidergirl on Thu, Feb 24, 2011 at 17:00:09 from 155.97.238.134

You mean I'm not the only one that does that?? They're up now. I'll start putting the link on my posts now that I'm actually running outside. :)
