Somebody, anybody, please tell me....how can so many people not exercise?  Like ever?  Really, how do they do it?  That takes a lot of work!  I haven't been able to formally exercise for 3 days now (although I probably would have eeked in a run or two if I wasn't injured, but that's another story) and it was THE BEST feeling in the world to take all my bundled up stress, spin it through my pounding heart and sweat or breathe it out f-o-r-e-v-e-r.  Aaaaahhhhhh.... :)

you could ask my husband, he has only formally worked out 90 days that I've known him....he just finished p90x.

It seems crazy to me now ... however, I don't remember exercising much my first few years of marriage (other than the occasional Tae Bo videos I would pop in now and then). But now ... I need and love my exercise.

(I have been sick for a couple of days, and am desperately in need of a good workout. Trouble is that I need to wait until I can get my breathing in control. Stupid asthma!)

Very nice workout!!! So happy that you purged yourself of all that icky stress!!!! :) :) :)

Thanks Allie!

Rachel that was funny! How did he like it? Did it make a difference? Will he keep exercising? My husband is the same way. Although he has exercised a little since we got the Microsoft Kinect LOL. ;)

Teena I hope you get better soon!!! :) I'm glad you found running. You have had some pretty tough years to get through!
