We have a 2 year old girl and we're expecting baby #2. :) I'm a NICU nurse working full-time nights.

Looks good! Good recovery day. You are much tougher than I am: my recovery days (like today) involve moving as little as possible and eating peanut butter sandwiches one after another...

Well if I did a workout like you did, I would be doing the same! Nice work even with a cold, that is really hard to do! I hadn't planned on it being a recovery day, but it soon became apparent once I got on the 'ol machine. We'll see what today holds when I get done with my clinical tonight, I may use my test tomorrow as an excuse to not exercise or exercise as an excuse to not study. :) Enjoy your rest day, you deserve it!
