Five finger running! So Hardcore!

You are getting so close to the end of nursing school. You can do it! You are at mile 25. Just one more mile (plus that pesky 0.2)...

I looked at my shoes this morning and both of them are already worn down on the edges! So I said "that's it, we're barefooting it from now on". At least for now. My feet don't land like that in barefeet! It feels good to run in those Vibrams, I think I was born to run that way...haha. :) I am being serious though. :)

THANKS!!! Only EIGHT more weeks!! Capstone is the coolest experience of my life and I still have 14 more. I've been in Room 1 since day one. ;)

I am totally ON for D News 10K! I would like to run sub 40 minutes. I plan to schedule in some track sessions to make it happen! Get better so you can improve on that 10K PR.

What kind of sessions are you thinking? At the oval? How do you feel post marathon?

From watchmerun on Mon, Jun 13, 2011 at 12:00:28 from 155.99.200.211

My quads were pretty sore yesterday and are feeling about the same today. Going downstairs hurts. But, the Achilles hasn't ached and otherwise I don't have any niggles that I have noticed.

Depending on the weather, intervals at either the Oval, the new U track or Murray High track would all work for me. Of course, doing intervals on the Jordan River Trail works just as well. But, somehow, running on a track seems so much cooler.
