Good to be back on the JRP after 3+ months!  Super excited for bigger mileage weeks to come as we get closer to Ogden.  I think my achilles will be fine as long as I keep it on the slower side.  It was a little tight in the last half of the run, but it feels great now after some stretching/rolling/eccentric lifts.

Thanks for sticking with me Matt, I know it was a really slow pace!  I feel honored that I was with him on his biggest mileage week ever!!

KristyAnn and I just got back from REI. No foam rollers there or I would have succumbed to peer pressure. Whew! That was a close one. But, I just bribed Carissa into giving me a 30 minute massage. I guess that will have to do.

Did you end up buying anything with your GC? If and when you DO get a roller and if you do end up liking it, I won't say I told you or rub it in your face or anything like that...promise, I will be happy. Haha. :)

We went and looked at that townhouse in Murray (we went inside and everything) and it was a total dive. It was a nice townhouse on the outside, great yard, great fence, transplanted into a place we would NOT want to live...the neighborhood gave us the creeps. The inside was somewhat disgusting, too. We looked at it from the outside last night and it's amazing how much the dark hides or we wouldn't have gone today. We're glad that we can now get rid of the temptation and go back to our original plan!
