We have a 2 year old girl and we're expecting baby #2. :) I'm a NICU nurse working full-time nights.

  • 3 miles running on the TM (walking every 5 minutes)

I changed my mind, I wanted to do some cross training today. =0)  Achilles feels great!  A little niggley, but feels fine after stretching.

Also: at the Oval today everyone had foam rollers. They were all rolling out their muscles before and after running. Wow, I am so out of date. Another trend in running that I need to get going with.

That is funny that everyone had them! It helps me quite a bit and keeps the niggles few and far between. :)

The 3 miles felt good today, I'm really hoping I can run Spectrum without any problems (or walking). I should be able to, but I'm also not going to push it if my achilles isn't ready. 3 weeks should be plenty of time though.
