2) Break 6:00/mile pace for a 5K
3) Sub 1:27 for a half marathon

Long-Term Running Goals:
1) Continue running for fitness, relaxation and spiritual renewal
2) Possibly take a shot at three hours in the marathon
Would have been very pleasant final miedium long run but for two pit stops in the woods. Morning run in 60s, low humidity, partly cloudy. Average pace = 7:38 with final two miles at MP and then MP - 10 seconds.
Easy afternoon run around the neighborhood with final two miles at MP. "Dress rehearsal" went fine!
Final mile at MP - 5.
Recovery run in cooler and drizzly conditions
Five with strides.
Easy to loosen up for my race tomorrow.
