| Slow and easy out Phelps and back, out Strong and back. Warm temps, but recovery pace over 9:00 after half marathon this past Sunday. Ran in the afternoon with no bear issues, potty break before. |

Outside in the afternoon, warm temps. Around Pomeroy to Park and back on Strong Street. Needed a potty break after one mile despite emptying the tanks. Boca Burgers, yogurt for lunch. Perhaps a bit dehydrated. Hamburger helper for dinner previous night. Easy pace around 8:20. |
