A.M......40 km. bike ride from Tec. to Belle River and back. Afternoon.....strength training at the gym.......back muscles. 3.0 mile run on the TM....wanted to do a tempo run, but my legs were not up to it. Total time....22 minutes. Pool.......30 laps.....front crawl, then 20 laps.....aqua jogging. Good week overall. |
