Strength training at the gym.....core muscles, chest and shoulders 10 minutes of rowing to warm up for some speedwork on the treadmill 6.25 miles.....8 repeats of 800 meters......8.6, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.5 and 1 mile @ 9.3 with 1 minute walking in between repeats and .25 mile cool down.
