Ran on the tread mill at the gym again today....32 mile per hour winds outside! 1 mile @ 8.30 minute pace for a warm up, then 2 mile tempo in 13:15 for a pace of 6.35 minutes per mile...took a 2 minute walk break then another 2 mile tempo in 12:40 for a pace of 6.12 minutes per mile, then 0.50 mile cool down for a total distance of 5.50 miles. Strength training.....1 hr...shoulders.
