A.M.....ran on the Snoquamie trail....12.50 miles at a pace of 8.0 minutes. Light rain and cooler temps....mid 50's. Afternoon.....strength training at the gym....arms and abs. Evening.......T.M.....ran a short 3.25 miles.....mile 1 @ 8.35 minute pace; mile 2 @ 8.35 minute pace with 6 % incline; mile 3 @ 8.35 minute pace. |
