Outside conditions......28 F, mostly sunny, and winds out of the S @ 12 mph. Ran 12 miles at a comfortable pace which was faster than yesterdays, which is really motivating to me. I really feel an increase in speed because of the increase in weekly mileage. Total time of 1 hour, 32 minutes........average pace of 7.40 minutes. Strength training at the gym......back and core.
