Another day of not running, but my muscles feel like they are less sore....although I was so tempted to run, I thought I would give it another day and see how it feels tomorrow. I don't know what I would do if I could never run again, my day just doesn't feel complete without a run.
Anyway, I did 2 hours of strength training....arms and legs and 1 hour of crosstraining....also one half hour of outdoor biking....great day for that as there was 0 wind...felt good! |
