6 miles today on the Tread mill....rain and freezing rain today. I felt sore today after two long runs in a row, so I thought I would run a easy 4 miles to break a sweat, but after the first 2 miles @ 8.0 minute pace, I felt good so I decided to do 10 repeats of 400 meters @ 6.50 minute pace.....good run overall.
2 hours of strength training at the gym...arms, legs and abdominal. |
