PM - only had time for 5 miles on the treadmill today.  Saw where Daniel Radcliffe (the Harry Potter actor) will play Sebastian Coe in a new film about Coe and Ovett

PM - 12 miles on an overcast afternoon.  Longest run since my surgery.  Ran out to Dunedin Causeway - happy coincidence - had to stop and wait for the drawbridge on the way back.  Good run.
