PM - 17.5 miles on the treadmill.  Watched the movie "The Walk" on Friday, and then today the documentary "Man on Wire" about Philippe Petit's wire walk between the World Trade Center towers. I was 8 years old at the time - and remember it vividly with fascination.  Still captivates me.

PM - lunchtime treadmill workout 6 x mile at HM effort (6:27 pace) with a 200 meter rest/jog - with a 1 mile warm up and short cool down.  I was really tired and felt bad yesterday following my long run on Sunday afternoon, and had expected to have to wait until later this week to recover enough for a workout, but felt well enough this morning to do the workout today.  Felt great both physically and mentally.

PM - 3.5 miles in the midday heat at lunchtime.

AM - 4 and change in the morning.

PM -  just short of 10 but felt terrible - so rounding up for the level of diffulty.   Probably should have pulled the plug early on this one.
