AM - 5.25 miles with Finn through the North Valley neighborhood.   Did the Dinsmore hill on the way back.  Decent effort for the last couple of miles.  Still cold and frosty this morning but it is supposed to steadily get warm the remainder of the week and weekend.   This was Day 730 in my run streak - so 2 years of no days off.   
 

PM - 5 miles on the treadmill- 4 miles at MP or approximately 7:20 pace.  HR was in the mid 140's and so this was managable from a cardio perspective.   Feet and legs felt a little rough.
