AM - decent session this morning.  10 x 400's at 5k pace (5:48) with 200 meter rest.  2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down.

PM - had to go to Philadelphia for a work related matter for tomorrow.  Absolutely spectacular weather when I got in around 6 pm - so I ran an easy 5 along the Schuylkill river - with about a thousand other people out cycling, walking and running.  It was so nice outside, that it was almost an effort NOT to go out to run.

The trail system is pretty crazy there. I haven't spent enough time there (that's where Megan is), but enough to know it would be more ideal that what I'm running now.

The Schuylkill is just like the Charles in Boston, always so much energy and tons of people out there. Fun running up by the art museum and in that area.

Jason - I was not aware that they had a trail system here - will need to check that out next time I am here for more than 24 hours.

Jake - I agree - it is always more fun to see a bunch of people out exercising and enjoying the outdoors. Forgot to mention - all of the folks out rowing on the river too - very similar to the Charles river as well. Very cool stuff.

Fairmont Park. You kind of have to know all the connections, but it's huge. I can go from Megan's in Chesnut Hill all the way to "the Rocky Steps," I'm pretty sure.
