Ran the first ever 10.5 Frosty Frolic. It was cold, wind gusts were outragious and there was snow and ice on some spots of the trail. My sister ran with her friend, whom she hasnt seen in a while, so they talked the entire time which was good for me. I had something to listen to but didnt have to struggle to talk. We held a nice pace the entire time. Good run.

Kelsey and I did 4 miles of intervals. Each interval consisted of a 400 meter jog followed by a 1200 meter sprint at a 6:40 pace. It was tough to hold. I'm sure we slowed down a bit, but we survived the run and went home to eat some soup and christmas cookies.
