After Sunday (I ran and then sat at the computer for 5 hours) I am pretty sure it is because of all the sitting at the computer. My hamstring was killing me all night Sunday. More exercises, more getting up from my chair during the day at work, and more ART is in order I guess. PM: easy 4. 1.5 weeks with no teaching - yippee. That means 8-10 hour days at work instead of 10-12, YEA. Next week we are going to Alabama to see Dean's Mom.
