2:02:xx ... first 1/2 was in the 1:04 range, 2nd was 58:xx. It was HOT (again), I started at 6:30 and it was already low-to-mid 80's and 95F when I finished. It was a nice run though, probably a little better than last Sunday, despite the heavy legs (from travel and lack-of-training). I got to bed late because I was up watching the mens World Championship marathon -- holy cow what a race. He just opened up a gap at 25K by throwing down a 14:40 5K and never let up! It really was crazy. It was 75F with 65% humidity and he just threw down the hammer -- splits below (courtesy of LetsRun.com) 5km 15:58 10km 31:21 (15:23) 15km 46:28 (15:07) 20km 1:01:42 (15:14) Halfway 1:05:07 16 in front pack 25km 1:16:25 (14:43) down to 4 30km 1:30:43 (14:18) 35km 1:45:23 (14:40) 40km 2:00:38 (15:15)
