1:07:14. This was a good run for me, it was longer than 7.5, but probably not more than 1/4 of a mile. I ran to Liberty Park did a 1/2 lap on the outside on the grass and then moved to the inside loop when I hit the construction. I did some of my Egoscue exercises this morning because I know it helps loosen up my lower back which in turn loosens up my pelvic muscles. My right leg has been really sore lately ... mainly I am just tight. Egoscue is a mixture between pilates, yoga and stretching - I don't do it more often because it takes so much time (almost 45 minutes to do my current menu) and I generally choose free weights and abs ... but I might have to rethink this.
