10 x 150m hill repeats - same as last week, but I added on a little mileage because I had the time today. (1:11:31 total time) Still tough, but "better" than last week, consistently faster and I felt stronger after they were finished (my last one was my "best" one). Yipee - I am glad this workout is finished, I was dreading it this morning. And, I have to say that my slog up from my house to Virginia and up to Poppington was horrid (it is an wicked hard 1.5 mile incline) -- I felt fat, slow and old (things that likely true, but I felt it more today ;-) ).
