1:09:50. 15` wu 40` steady state run and then back to hotel. Basically ran the same route as Tuesday - but I felt MUCH better. I got 6 hours sleep both Tuesday and Wednesday, not easy to do when the days start early and end late. I wanted to run a little further today, but I needed to wait until the sun came up (I did not feel comfortable running in New Orleans in the dark), and I had to catch my plane ... I can't wait to get back to my healthy eating - not too much vegetarian fare in NO, and what there was too rich for me, I need some vegetables! Keep warm! |
