| Ran with Mike 3 miles to warm up then did 2.5 x 5 k intervals. I ran at a natural pace (5:27) but had to keep changing the pace to keep my legs interested in the workout. Sped up to 5:12 pace when needed. Cooled down 1 mile. Mike looks very fit. He needs a bit more speed but his base is enormous. |
