good run considering getting to bed late and a stiff north west win, it seems the coldest morning are my long run mornings, well cold for Mississippi standards

good run on a cool crip morning ( temps in the 40s) had no soreness from yesterdays run so that was good, three weeks to the Frost Bite Half- Marathon. Hope everybody has a Merry Christmas

good six mile run, drizzly with temps in the 40s, long run on Sunday, will go about 12

good run for only getting three hours of sleep, ( went to the Liberty Bowl go dogs) weather was in the 40s not to bad, will have to go longer next week half marathon is in three weeks

it is the Frost Bite Half Marathon

in Starkville MS, actually you get on a bus and they drop you off at Phebe ,MS

( Population 200) and you run back to Starkville ( population 22,000) there is nothing between Phebe and Starkville except for a few cows

good run little sore from yesterdays run and a little windy but not bad, will not run again until Thursday, with temps in the 30s and teens at night will wait until some warmer days which in Mississippi will not have to wait long
