I ran 10.5 on the river trail this mid morning. I finally feel like I am kicking that cold crud to the curb and getting better so I thought I would try being outside and quit babying myself with my 10 minute miles. I borrowed Lily's Garmin and I hope I didn't put it into shock. I know it's never seen anything but 7 minute miles or less and I showed it it's first 8ish minute miles today (with one 12, had a sideache.) Anyhoo, I am definately not in my best shape ever after taking time off for hurt feet and the sickies. A little disappointing but expected. At least I know I can get faster. |
