Ran a hard 5 with my dad while he biked, then ran 3 easy with my brother. Ankle still swollen but its getting there, definitely will be fine for skyline next week. What I am worried about is my aerobic fitness, I had 4 days adding up to 4 miles after I sprained my ankle and had been taking it easy before that race, so from yesterday to the Wednesday before my mileage was like 15. Probably why today felt pretty tough. Oh well. I'm just going to keep getting in strong runs and then have a fun race. |
