Warmed up and then went to a Crescent view park and Ra 4 max effort 400s, there are a few sharp turns and it not very even grass so the 400s weren't that fast, I ran 61-62 for all of them, so it was pretty good. I was feeling kind of tired before the workout but once we started I got into it. Im excited to pass a huge benchmark in distance running, a sub 10:00 3200m, at Alpha on Thursday, it feels like I should've done it a while ago but I'm not going to let it get away, I do best at the 3200m when I relax and ease into it so I will probably start out at 73-75 and then maintain that pace. I'm pretty sure that will be my only event on Thursday, Alpha is kind of a weird meet, but that will give me a nice opportunity to go for a long cool down and then lots of recovery before the 1600m. The nice thing about having the invitational start on Thursday is that only one more day and then its already premeet!

Good workout Blake, repeats on grass are always harder to do and to hit them that fast is great. Good luck at breaking 10 this week!

Thanks guys! I think they also require a little more strategy than workouts on the track, and you dont have to worry about sprinters getting in the way haha
