Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Warmed up and then ran an easy 30 minutes plus some laps around the gym. Tomorrow will be a good workout, right now I'm only concentrating on the 1600m, taking it one race at a time, I need to run 4:25.

Congrats on a very good Region meet, and for going to state.
This week be careful not to force any hard workouts that will leave you sore, just stay sharp and fresh for State.
Murphy has coached you well, and it looks like you are peaking at just the right time.
