Warm up and then 15 minutes easy with 6 striders. Tomorrow I will probably race the 1600m, the 400m or 4x400m, and the 3200m. It will be fun! I think I should go for the lower half of 4:30s for the 1600m, just win the 2 mile, and hopefully surprise myself in the 400m! I think I can win the 1600m at Copper Hills invitational. |
