The entrance we usually take to do the gully long run blocked off for construction, I suggested to go around the construction on another trail and finish the route from there, but that solution wasn't very popular. I ran with the team for a little less than two miles but after that I was on my own. I ran the gully longer run backwards and then cut up on the lower gully loop at the last part to avoid the construction. I stopped with about half a mile left because some had stacked a ton of tumble weed to block the path, so I threw all of them, like 30, to the side so I wouldn't have to deal with it next time. Also got new trainers and spikes, well I got the last pair of adrenaline 14 at Wasatch running, I love those shoes, the 15 just isn't as good, and I got a free bread sample from great harvest since I was going down to state street, one of the best parts of my day |
