Ran warm up with team and then did 4.5 with the team on the track. I will do 30 mins on bike and maybe swim. It wasn't too bad, I think I will keep running, I just have to ease into it, or out of it, whatever. It hurts but if I run a certain way, it doesn't. I went swimming and did a small amount on the bike. I'm going to finish top 6 at BYU next week and get a t shirt. I need to beat Andrew Rummens to do this, the guy from woods cross, I'm excited. But you never know who will be there, I will do my best and enjoy the competition. My back is feeling better than when I'd been running, so that's good. Tomorrow I have an endoscopy so I will be drugged up but I think I will be fine to run at practice. |
