Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

I had a very rough race. It was the first time I've ever taken last. All you can really do is keep going. I dont know where its all gone, but I need to forge something new in order to make it onto USU. I can't really do any worse than I did today, I can't suck worse or sink lower so I guess the only way is up!

It might be good to take a week off and relax, or at least have an easy week, before getting back into it.

It was a good experience for you though. Indoor racing is difficult. Not everyone is good at it, but also not every good indoor runner is a good outdoor runner. You still have plenty of time to put together a good outdoor season.

Take a good look at today's race. What were your weakest points? What were your strong points? Make this race a learning experience.
