Felt pretty good today, lungs still didn't feel perfect but certainly improved. I think the medicine is helping. Been doing lots of stretching, core, pull ups, squat jumps, dead lifts and stuff like that lately. The home gym is complete outside a cable machine. I think I'm going to do a Spartan race in Tennessee in October. I want to be able to do 3 min hang time, 3x20 pull ups, and run a sub 36 10k by then... We'll see how it goes. |
